Mira Developments launches Mira Ocean Estates, Oman's first multi-branded master-planned community

Located directly on the Arabian Sea, the development brings together branded apartments, villas, townhouses and five-star hospitality, complemented by private beaches and a resort-style swimming pool.

The master plan also features a five-star hotel, a medical wellness centre and spa, outdoor playgrounds, a beach club, and resident services including concierge, valet, housekeeping, and in-residence dining. The first phases to launch are Trussardi Residences and Richmond Residences, both offering fully furnished studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments with prices starting from AED 550,000.

To introduce the project, the company brought together senior executives from across its international partner network for an exclusive three-day event. Throughout the visit, guests explored Hawana Salalah, an integrated tourism destination by Muriya of which Mira Ocean Estates forms a part. Experiencing its five-star resorts, marinas, waterfront restaurants, lagoons, beaches and leisure facilities firsthand allowed them to understand how the development builds on an already established hospitality ecosystem while introducing a new residential offering to the market.

Timed to coincide with the Khareef season, the program immersed guests in a side of the Arabian Peninsula few have seen before. Long beaches, green mountains, waterfalls and the coastline of southern Oman formed the backdrop to a series of presentations, site visits and networking events designed to showcase both the vision behind Mira Ocean Estates and the lifestyle it is set to offer.
