Zawya reported that AD Ports Group has signed a AED 2.47 billion ($673 million) land sale agreement with Dubai-based Mira Developments to create a large-scale mixed-use community in Abu Dhabi’s Al Mamoura district. The 10-year project, part of AD Ports’ 16 sq. km Town Centre Area, will feature residential zones, a major shopping mall, hotels, golf courses, and educational institutions. The deal ranks among the largest land sales recorded in the UAE capital.
