The National reported that Mira Developments will build an AED 55 billion ($15 billion) mixed-use community between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The large-scale project will include 14,000 apartments, 1,700 villas, a 200-bed hospital, three hotels, schools, universities, museums, and a leading shopping mall. Co-Founder and CEO Timur Mamaikhanov said the development will become a “full-scale small city,” strategically located between the two international airports, with construction expected to start within 12 months and completion by 2035.
