Enterprise reported that AD Ports Group has sold land worth AED 2.5 billion to Mira Developments for one of Abu Dhabi’s largest mixed-use communities in the Al Mamoura district. The project, located along the Dubai–Abu Dhabi highway, will include residential, business, educational, commercial, and leisure facilities. Construction is set to begin within 12 months and be completed within the next decade.
