Mira Developments highlights branded projects at MIPIM 2026 for the third year in a row

Widely regarded as the world’s leading real estate event, MIPIM brings together investors, developers and industry leaders to shape investment strategies, forge partnerships and discuss the future of cities. At this year’s edition, Mira Developments used the platform to highlight the range of its projects – from branded residences and hospitality concepts to waterfront master plans and large-scale residential communities.

Among its UAE developments, the company presented projects that reflect different dimensions of branded and lifestyle-led living. In Dubai, Trussardi Residences Phase II will comprise two twin towers connected by a shared podium, with amenities including Dubai’s longest residential swimming pool, private swimming pools on balconies, separate bespoke Technogym fitness facilities for men and women, as well as concierge, housekeeping and in-room dining services. The project will also introduce four floors of Grade A office space in Tower B, delivered fully furnished by Trussardi Casa and designed to offer a mainland commercial address within a residential-led environment. Located next to the sold-out Trussardi Residences, the project builds on the momentum of the first phase.

In Ras Al Khaimah, Mira Developments presented two distinct concepts. Gianfranco Ferré Residences, located on Al Marjan Island, will include a wide range of properties, from studios to four-bedroom duplexes, all fully furnished and featuring sea views – just several minutes away from the Middle East’s first integrated casino resort.

Mira Coral Bay in Al Mairid, on the other hand, is a large-scale waterfront master plan developed in collaboration with 14 fashion and lifestyle brands. Spanning approximately 220,000 sq. m, with 60,000 sq. m of beaches made with sand imported from the Maldives, the development will include six villa clusters, four townhouse clusters, and four residential clusters, alongside a branded yacht club, five branded hotels, three branded beach clubs, and eight gourmet restaurants.

The company’s European portfolio formed another key part of its presentation in Cannes. In Tbilisi, Georgia, Mira Developments introduced Mira Verde, a master-planned residential community in Tbilisi Hills, around ten minutes from the city centre. The development will include 600 apartments, 104 villas and 80 townhouses, together with an 18-hole golf course, wellness facilities, cafés and restaurants, luxury retail, offices, a European school and an AI university. The first phase, featuring Trussardi Residences, has already been revealed.

In Andermatt, Switzerland, the company also presented POST Hotel & Residences by ELIE SAAB, marking the fashion house’s debut in hospitality. Designed with the architectural vision of A++ Group, the development will combine branded residences and hotel rooms, with panoramic Alpine views.

With projects across the UAE, Georgia and Switzerland, Mira Developments’ presence at MIPIM 2026 reflected both the diversity of its portfolio and its continued focus on branded residences, hospitality-led concepts and destination-driven development.
