Mira Developments hosts panel discussion for Dubai brokers
Company introduces new on-the-spot commission upon deal closure.
Dubai, May 2026 - Mira Developments hosted a public talk titled “Summer 2026: Challenges and Opportunities,” bringing together brokers, investors, and real estate professionals for an open discussion on the current state of the market and emerging opportunities across Dubai’s evolving property landscape.
The discussion featured Omar Gull, Managing Director of Mira Developments, and Marwan Al Kindi, Founder and CEO of Lighthouse Properties, a strategic partner of Mira Developments. The conversation focused on changing buyer behaviour, investor expectations, market resilience, and the importance of maintaining confidence and transparency across the brokerage community.
As part of the event, Mira Developments also announced a new broker-focused commission confirmation process designed to provide additional clarity and reassurance at the point of deal closure. Upon deal completion, brokers receive a commission on the spot.
Timur Mamaikhanov, Co-Founder and CEO of Mira Developments, said: “The market today is becoming more selective, more analytical, and more detail-oriented. That applies not only to buyers and investors, but also to the professionals working inside the industry. Over the years, we’ve been building a strong ecosystem around the broker community — from the Mira Brokers Club and everyday professional infrastructure to networking events and sports competitions. This is the next step – a confirmed commission date may sound like an operational detail, but in reality it creates something much bigger: predictability, transparency, and stronger professional confidence.”
Expanding on the practical side of the initiative, Omar Gull, Managing Director of Mira Developments, added: “What is most important for an agent who’s not on salary is the certainty of when their commission will be paid. What we introduced today at Mira Developments is an on-the-spot commission process.”
During the discussion, speakers and guests repeatedly returned to the idea of long-term market resilience, noting that Dubai’s real estate sector continues to be driven by strong fundamentals, investor confidence, and long-range demand rather than short-term fluctuations.
As Marwan Al Kindi, Founder and CEO of Lighthouse Properties and strategic partner of Mira Developments, summed up: “In Dubai, we don’t really think in terms of things ‘going wrong’ — especially in real estate. This is not a short-term market where you evaluate investments every six months or one year. Real estate should be viewed over a much longer horizon — I would say at least seven years. Whatever temporary situations may appear along the way, the long-term direction remains clear. Over time, strong assets continue to appreciate, and investors continue to be protected by the strength of the market.”
