Mira Developments unveils Mira Golf Estates, Uzbekistan’s first multi-branded master-planned community
The UAE-based developer hosted 1,000 international partners in Tashkent to reveal Mira Golf Estates, a 1.5 million m² project bringing branded residences, an 18-hole championship golf course, five-star hospitality, education, wellness, retail and leisure together in one destination.
The Grand Unveiling in Tashkent welcomed 1,000 partners and real estate professionals from Uzbekistan, the UAE and other international markets. Among them were the people behind some of the world’s most recognisable brands and leading architecture studios.
The master plan brings together international architecture heavyweights – Studio Marco Piva and PARK. It includes residential branded complexes and villas, a school, a kindergarten and a university. Residents will also have access to a five-star hotel, longevity hotel and clinic, shopping mall and cinema, restaurants and cafés, fitness, spa and sports facilities, swimming pools and landscaped lakes. Golf will form one of the defining elements of the development. The championship 18-hole course will sit within the wider residential landscape, with villas, green spaces and social areas around it, making golf part of everyday life.
‘When we started working on Mira Golf Estates, we kept coming back to one question: what would life here actually feel like day to day?’ said Timur Mamaikhanov, Co-Founder and CEO of Mira Developments. ‘We thought about where children would study, where people would meet friends, exercise, have dinner or spend the weekend. Those everyday routines helped shape the master plan. We wanted each residential collection to have its own character, and the multi-branded format gave us the freedom to do that.’
The multi-branded model brings Mira Developments’ established approach to branded residences to Uzbekistan. The company works with international names in fashion and design, whose involvement extends beyond branding to interiors, furniture and details throughout the home. Residences at Mira Golf Estates will be delivered fully furnished, with appliances and complimentary five-star hotel-level services.
‘We were really drawn to the idea of designing something for this beautiful city,’ said Marco Piva, Founder of Studio Marco Piva. 'Tashkent, Uzbekistan, was once a stop along the famous Silk Road, which stretched all the way to Italy. So there has always been a connection between our cultures, and now we want to bring more of our Italian approach to living spaces, design and lifestyle.’
Located 18 km from central Tashkent, Mira Golf Estates will be built close to New Tashkent, New Uzbekistan Park and Olympic City, in an area seeing significant infrastructure investment and development.
